DeafTax is the Deaf community’s first online tax preparation firm serving the U.S. We are always looking for talented and qualified Deaf tax accountants to work with us as tax preparers.

We are proud of being an inclusive environment where Deaf professionals of all backgrounds can work comfortably through full access communication in ASL with clients, colleagues and partners in our business. Many of our positions are virtual, so you can work from home and sometimes our positions require to be at DeafTax VA office at Tysons, VA.

Currently, we are open to add new tax preparer(s). The person who is interested to be a tax preparer for DeafTax is required to complete a bachelor degree at college with accounting and/or finance courses taken & completed, fluent in American Sign Language, proficiency in read and write English (plus another language is welcomed), no felony convictions, a good standing in the Deaf community, and have access to Internet, computer, videophone, and a place to work (at home is fine).
