Upload your tax documents safely and securely through our online portal once you receive our email invitation
Once all documents are uploaded, an Associated Preparer will begin working on your tax return.
You pick an appointment time with your Associated Preparer to ask questions and discuss any tax issues that may need to be addressed.
After your tax return is prepared, you will receive an E-signature file with your tax return copy for review. We do not complete your tax return until it is reviewed and signed.
Once the E-signature is approved by you, we will e-file your Federal and State Tax returns.
Our custom platform is designed to be Deaf-friendly, with ASL video explaining each step of the DeafTax ClientTasks. It’s made to be used on mobile devices and providing step-by-step that keeps you and your tax preparer connected throughout the tax preparation service from start to finish.
